How does the pre-order work?

For 40 days we will be offering exclusive pre-order price packages. Once the pre-order ends or crafting capacity is reached, the Secret Nightlight will be sold on our website at regular price.

What is the nightlight made of? How is it made?

Our Secret Nightlights are made of a resin stone base and wood and resin encapsulated world. A powerful LED light is integrated in the design illuminating the encapsulated secret world.

All our nightlights are handmade by our craftsmen. Each piece is unique and one of a kind and showcase an enchanting secret world.

How does the light work?

A powerful LED light is integrated in the design illuminating the encapsulated secret world and is charged using a USB port. The light can remain illuminated for up to one week on a single full charge. Light functions are switched on or off using touch features.

What is the warranty?

Our return policy is 30 days from the moment you receive your Secret Nightlight. If something happens to your nightlight, please contact us at askus@mysecretwood.com.

How long does it take once an order is placed?

Pre-order nightlights will be sent approximately 5-6 weeks after the pre-order has ended. You will be notified by email with specific shipping information.

Once a nightlight is sent, delivery time depends on the country from which the nightlight is ordered.

What if I don't like my Secret Nightlight?

You probably won’t like your nightlight… you’ll love it! We make sure to send you a picture of your nightlight before we ship it. This is done to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase.
